  • Project Details

The Ray at The Weld presented an opportunity to showcase the power of thoughtful coordination and technical expertise.

Our scope included custom veneer panel portals, TerraMai Sugi Ban finishes, Custom White Oak Trim, Dekton countertops, Unique Reception desks, Custom cabinetry, Custom beams, Living wall features, and integrated metal and glass shelving. The transitions between materials were particularly intricate, with veneer panels flowing into TerraMai wood fins and terminating at stone surfaces, requiring meticulous attention to alignment, detailing, and execution.

Working alongside a general contractor operating ahead of schedule, our team maintained close coordination with electrical, painting, HVAC, and other trades to ensure each architectural element integrated seamlessly into the overall construction process. This collaborative approach allowed us to navigate complex material intersections while maintaining the project's momentum and uncompromising quality standards.
