Building the relationships that keep NUMA top of mind.
Our BD Representatives grow NUMA's presence across the Triangle, Charlotte, and Nashville markets — building lasting relationships with GCs, architects, and designers, and becoming a trusted, knowledgeable voice on NUMA's products and the markets we serve. You'll stay engaged with active bids from first contact through award, working closely with Estimating to turn relationships into won work.
You'll need:
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or the construction/design industry
Genuine interest in the built environment and staying sharp on market activity and trends
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with CRM proficiency
Self-motivated and consistent — this role is built on steady, sustained engagement, not one-off outreach
-
Turn drawings into accurate bids.
Our Estimators review project documents, run takeoffs, and build the pricing that turns a set of drawings into a winning proposal — working closely with design, production, and project management to make sure every number holds up in the field.
You'll need:
3–5+ years of estimating experience in architectural millwork, casework, or a related trade
Strong knowledge of millwork materials and industry standards (AWI, ADA, fire codes)
Comfortable reading large commercial plan sets and managing multiple bids under deadline
Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and Stack
-
Own the project, start to finish.
Our Project Managers run the project after the win — managing budget, schedule, procurement, and client communication from preconstruction through closeout, and making sure every job finishes on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
You'll need:
3+ years in architectural millwork or a related field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and construction experience
Experience managing woodwork or finish-out projects with a general contractor
Strong communication skills and comfort working across scheduling, budget, and vendor coordination
-
Lead the crews that bring projects to life in the field.
Our Superintendents run field operations across multiple commercial interiors projects — leading Foremen and crews, protecting safety and quality on every site, and serving as the primary field link between NUMA, our clients, and the GCs and architects we build for.
You'll need:
8+ years of commercial construction experience, including 3–5 in a superintendent or senior field leadership role
Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects at once
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and finishes in commercial interiors
OSHA 30 certification or equivalent preferred
